I have a E91 LCI 318d (N47) touring with 458000 km and still drives super, came a few weeks ago from Verona, performed so well on the autobahn with hours over 170-190kmh I bought it with 147000 km, besides the normal maintenance things, like brake pads etc. I had to change the clutch, 2 suspensions (rear) and the EGR valve, totally €2000 in 8 years, for the major things, I think it's not bad at all. Best car I ever had in 23 years!

Those Lemans are 10X more desirable in the Audi crowd! Theyre rocking horse shit now! They’re the 9” deep dish versions (like the B7 RS4) I would’ve took yer hand off bruv but just seen the vid! 🤬 Personally I just think rotors are too common, soft looking and the thick spokes hide the brakes too much. Wheel choice is the most subjective part of car styling imo but to each their own 🤷🏻‍♂️ Tidy motor either way tho!

There are so many unbelievably bizarre and baffling design decisions on this car. I love the thing but I hate working on it because of this kind of shit. Fitting aftermarket intercooler took like an hour, changing the bypass valve was a two day job.

What are you talking about cvt box, that's a dsg, otherwise you wouldn't have pedal shifters. the 3.0 tdi's should be running DL501's. Especially if stage 2 got you to 320 hp.

What size rim,offset, tire size this is clean

Should just do a stud kit then if it don’t touch brake or shock no need for the spacers

Yeah there is no reason to upgrade to F30 because it's turbo and that ain't real BMW. E90 is the last wagon with NA engine.

E91 are goated. I have a rare one, 325D LCI with the M57. Facelift car but with the pre facelift engine. Stage 1 240bhp goes well and it’s immaculate Le Mans blue with 763M wheels you’ll probably see it on the Facebook pages lol

You already soaking heat because your airbox is opened, you can open it only through headlights hole or bottom side far from exhaust manifild, and now your box is close to exhaust manifold :) Make a bigger box (in order to not to let be strictive) close air filter and wrapp all air box also. Then you will have 100% not higher then 20C :) But y, you intake sound will be not so nice, but results will be greater.

That monte is up for 19500 at the moment. Not badly priced seeing its a 2011 plate. The downside it's on 117k You can get a lower mileage one for 1k extra.

I have a very early e91 330d MSport (late 2005), it still drives beautifully and has been pretty relaible. I will only sell it when it becomes expensive to keep on the road.

Great video. I’ve had my pre facelift auto 325i touring black on black. And yes it’s stunning and looks great it’s practical with family and imo much nicer than the successor although I do quite like the latest model from the back. Absolutely brilliant car for the money. Had some issues with injectors (injector cleaner every 500 miles and running premium unleaded every time is essential), emissions and EML ongoing but getting through MOT okay. and that boot glass latch coming open! Have you got a link to the part?
